Criss Angel Donates $250,000 Worth of Food & Entertainment to Families in Need.

Thanks to an extremely generous donation organized by world-renowned magician Criss Angel and many other participants, more than 100 Cure 4 The Kids Foundation patient families will receive a six to eight week supply of food, and tickets to a future Criss Angel MINDFREAK performance.

Unfortunately, many Cure 4 The Kids Foundation patient families have lost jobs, lost health insurance and are relying on unemployment benefits as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Angel, whose son receives cancer treatment at the clinic, wanted to provide these families with a secure and ample supply of food.

The entire donation is worth more than $250,000 and is the direct result of efforts and funding provided by Criss Angel, his Johnny Crisstopher Children’s Charitable Foundation, The CORE Group’s COREcares Foundation, SYSCO Foods, Caesars Entertainment, BASE Entertainment, Woodland Scenics and a host of dedicated volunteers.

The pre-selected families will receive the food boxes in two installments. Every Cure 4 The Kids Foundation patient family will also have an opportunity to attend Angel’s MINDFREAK show once performances resume. Caesars Entertainment, Criss Angel and BASE Entertainment donated 1,000 tickets to upcoming performances.

Angel also plans to donate a custom-built, large scale model railroad which will be placed inside the clinic for patients to enjoy during clinic visits.
