About Saumya Joshi
MD, MS, RhMSUS, FAAP, FACR
Medical Director of Rheumatology
Dr. Joshi is the Medical Director of Rheumatology at C4K. He received his medical degree from Armed Forces Medical College in India. He pursued a residency in Pediatrics from State University of Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and a fellowship in Pediatric Rheumatology from Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA. During his fellowship, he also received a Master of Science in Clinical Research from Tufts Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in Boston, MA. After completing his training, he joined Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock where he served for two years as the only board-certified Pediatric Rheumatologist in the state of Arkansas.
Dr. Joshi is trained in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and has received the American College of Medicine Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Certification in Rheumatology (RhMSUS). He is an active member of American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American College of Rheumatology (ACR), Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance (CARRA) and Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologists (USSONAR).
