That was the idea of our founders when they created Cure 4 The Kids Foundation. They saw firsthand that the outcome of many patients facing a life-threatening health crisis was often determined solely by the amount of their medical insurance coverage, or lack thereof. With also believe, all patients should receive the latest and most current treatment protocols that could save their life.

If you have been referred to us, you are in the right place!  While we strive to provide our patients with excellent clinical results, we also work hard to ensure that every patient has a positive patient experience from the very start to finish. Please return the completed forms and a copy of your insurance card via email to npcoordinators@cure4thekids.org. This will allow our staff the opportunity to process this information into our data system.
