The Clinic Operations Manager ensures the efficient operation and smooth functioning of the clinic. This position oversees administrative and operational tasks, manages staff, and collaborates with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care. The Clinic Operations Manager functions as a key liaison between the clinic, patients, staff, and stakeholders

As the Clinic Ops Manager at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversees daily operations of clinical departments in coordination with department supervisors and executive leadership, including scheduling, patient flow, triaging, and overall patient experience.  
  • Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols. 
  • Recruits, trains, and supervises supportive clinical supervisors such as Clinical Support Supervisor, Patient Services Supervisor, and Health Information Supervisor.  
  • Conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing feedback and coaching to staff members. 
  • Fosters a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. 
  • Manages employee schedules, timekeeping, and payroll processing. Ensures a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Implements strategies to improve patient experience, including streamlining registration processes, reducing wait times, and improving overall efficiencies as patients move throughout the clinic. 
  • Monitors clinic expenses and identifies opportunities for cost-saving measures. 
  • Collaborates with executive leadership and quality improvement teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality initiatives. 
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care, operational efficiency, and customer service. 
  • Collaborates with other departments within the healthcare organization, such as finance, human resources, nursing, and marketing to achieve organizational goals. 
  • Produces reports and metrics on quality initiatives and performance for clinical support departments.
