About Annette Logan-Parker

Founder & Chief Advocacy and Innovation Officer

Annette Logan-Parker is Founder and Chief Advocacy & Innovation Officer of Cure 4 The Kids Foundation (C4K), Nevada’s first and only outpatient pediatric cancer and rare disease treatment center. She founded C4K in 2006 and served as CEO until 2023, when she transitioned to her current role – not to slow down, but to double down on the systemic challenges that still leave too many children underserved.

A former nurse educated at the University of Maryland’s Global Campus in West Germany, Logan-Parker brings more than 30 years of healthcare experience and a bedside perspective to executive leadership. Her son’s complicated medical experience nearly 20 years ago opened her eyes to how broken healthcare was in Las Vegas—and became the catalyst for founding C4K. That personal experience, combined with her clinical foundation, continues to shape her leadership philosophy and C4K’s commitment to treating every family with compassion, dignity, and what she calls “healthcare hospitality.”

What started at her kitchen table is now a $72 million organization with 200+ team members serving more than 9,000 patients annually. Under her leadership, C4K has maintained industry-leading financial stewardship, with 94.6% of expenses going directly to program services—far exceeding nonprofit sector benchmarks. The organization holds the Gold Standard of accreditation from The Joint Commission and laboratory accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Since inception, C4K has cared for over 100,000 patients, and not one child has been turned away for their family’s inability to pay.

As Chief Advocacy and Innovation Officer, Logan-Parker advocates for the medical needs of pediatric cancer and rare disease patients with lawmakers at local, state, and federal levels. She chairs the Nevada Rare Disease Advisory Council (NV-RDAC), serves on the board of the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2)—the largest consortium of childhood cancer nonprofits in North America—and is a member of the North American Committee for Childhood Cancer International (CCI), contributing to global efforts to improve survival rates and quality of care for children with cancer worldwide. She’s fighting for policy changes that will help kids she’ll never meet. For Annette, that’s not a career move—it’s a calling.

Annette is an intentional disrupter, always inspiring the organization to be more innovative. She pushes for extreme creativity and delights in doing what others consider impossible. She is currently developing “The C4K Way,” a framework for healthcare hospitality that captures the culture and values driving C4K’s success—and that she hopes will help transform how pediatric specialty care is delivered across the country.
