In addition to the quality medical treatment we provide every day, it is also important to us that patients (and parents, if applicable) feel satisfied with the experience as well. That is why we ask for your feedback on a regular basis.
We are extremely proud of these excellent results. The Core Values of our organization include continuous improvement, service excellence, accountability and integrity. As always, these principles will guide us on our path in the future.
Cure 4 the Kids Foundation believes all patients deserve the chance for recovery and to receive the latest and most current treatment protocols for a variety of specialized diseases such as cancer.
That was the idea of our founders when they decided to create Cure 4 The Kids Foundation back in 2007. They saw firsthand that the outcome of many patients facing a life-threatening health crisis was often determined solely by the amount of their medical insurance coverage, or lack thereof.
The Charity Care Program ensures patients who are unable to pay for treatment, or without medical insurance, will receive the medical attention they need. Cure 4 the Kids Foundation will never turn a patient away from treatment for financial reasons.
If you have specific questions about the Charity Care Program, and whether you might qualify, we highly recommend that you contact our Billing Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or (702) 862-1134.
The above link will provide an estimate as to the percentage of charges you will be responsible for utilizing the Charity Care Program. We strongly suggest you contact or billing department by email or phone to get additional information related to your specific circumstance.
No matter which specialty you may be visiting we want you to know that patient care is our utmost focus and concern.
We strive to meet, and in many areas, exceed the highest standards in patient care. That is why The Joint Commission awarded us its Gold Seal of Approval® Accreditation in 2014. To keep this important accreditation current, facilities like ours must agree to undergo regular, unannounced site visits to ensure high patient standards are continuously being met, if not being surpassed. As a patient, this is your assurance that you are receiving the best care possible. As medical providers, it is our duty to meet the standards of excellence in patient care.
In addition, we understand that there are many difficult situations and obstacles that may be placed in the lives of our families. We have a plan in place to help patients access the treatment they need. It is an essential portion of our mission to never turn a patient away from treatment due to the inability to pay. Our Charity Care Program assists those families without the ability to obtain medical insurance, or who are unable to pay for treatment. We also provide service to those with limited incomes by accepting payment on a sliding scale fee.
If you ever have concerns about your care, or the care of a child at one of our clinics, we encourage you to discuss it with your attending physician. If concerns persist, please notify Katherine M. Salkanovic, Manager of Patient Experience at email@example.com or call (702) 862-1153.
With warmest regards from the Chief Medical Officer,
