We are seeking a collaborative Specialty Infusion Suite Nurse Manager  to join the growing multidisciplinary care team at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, Nevada’s premier childhood cancer and rare disease center.

The Nurse Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the nursing staff in coordination with the Nurse Supervisor and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within a healthcare facility. This role involves managerial, administrative, and clinical responsibilities, requiring strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

As the Nurse Manager at Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing supervisor and staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth and development.
  • Ensures adherence to nursing standards of practice, policies, and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Monitors and evaluates patient care delivery, identifies areas for improvement, and implements quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborates with healthcare providers, interdisciplinary teams, and other departments to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
  • Assess patient acuity and prioritize care delivery, allocating resources and staffing accordingly.
  • Addresses patient and family concerns, providing support, education, and advocacy.
  • Implements evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Participates in regulatory compliance audits, surveys, and inspections, and implements corrective actions to address deficiencies.
