Job Description – Pediatric Rheumatologist

We are seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Rheumatologist to join our Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.  He/She will join an established program, which is a full member of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG) and the state’s only federally funded hemophilia treatment center (HTC), serving a population base of approximately 1.2 million.

Over the past year we treated 223 Pediatric Rheumatology patients. From a rheumatology standpoint, we see an average of 100 new patients per year. As the most populous city in the state of Nevada, Las Vegas balances an excellent quality of life, a growing economy, and a safe and clean living environment in a state with no state income tax.

There are wonderful opportunities for entertainment and outdoor activities in addition to nightlife and an incredible diversity of restaurants.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree
  • Completion of an accredited residency program.
  • Licensed for the practice of medicine in the state of Nevada.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Rheumatology.
  • Salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Description- Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
We are seeking a BC/BE pediatric hematologist/oncologist to join our Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.

He/She will join an established program, which is a full member of the COG and the state’s only federally funded hemophilia treatment center (HTC), serving a population base of approximately 1.2 million.  Over the past year we treated 1,153 Hematology and 446 Oncology patients. From an Oncology standpoint, we see an average of 47 new patients per year.

As the most populous city in the state of Nevada, Las Vegas balances an excellent quality of life, a growing economy, and a safe and clean living environment in a state with no state income tax.  There are wonderful opportunities for entertainment and outdoor activities in addition to nightlife and a incredible diversity of restaurants.
